Shipping Policy

Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day. During busy sale periods dispatch may take an extra day — we'll email you if so.

Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom. Costs are calculated at checkout.

Discreet Packaging

Every order goes out in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of the contents.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched. Tracking usually activates within 24 hours.

Click & Collect — Brixton

Order online and collect free from 28 Atlantic Road, Brixton, SW9 8JA, usually within two hours. If you'd like to be fitted while you're there, WhatsApp us first and we'll set aside time.

International Orders

We don't currently ship outside the UK through the website. Email info@ladiesgirdle.co.uk for a quote — additional charges apply, and any customs duties or import taxes would be yours to pay.

Delays

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll open a courier investigation. All orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase at the latest.
